昨日は休日出勤で帰宅したら日付が変わっていました。

んーしんどかった。

すぐに半身浴してリラックス。

めっちゃ気持ち良かったけど何故かここ数日、腰痛が！

ギックリ腰系でもないし、鈍より痛くもないけど腰が痛い！

何もしてへんのに。。。

うわー今週やばい！！！

土曜日まで仕事頑張るしかない。

腰が・・・痛い。
